Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Generate daily/weekly reports (MIS reporting)
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection
• Ensure data confidentiality and security
• Meet deadlines and handle high-volume data entry tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)

Job Details

• Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Morning / Evening (depending on company)
• Salary: PKR 25,000 – 40,000 (based on experience)
